Masa Pendaftaran: 2.30 ptg ( 7 Disember 2012)
Tempat: Dewan Perdana, ISN Bukit Jalil.

Kriteria peserta:
1. Berumur 17 hingga 28 tahun.
2. Mempunyai stamina dan daya ketahanan diri yang tinggi.
3. Bersemangat waja dan meminati sukan berbasikal.
4. Penyertaan Atlet dari sukan Olahraga dan Bola Jaring adalah digalakkan.

Program ini dianjurkan Bahagian Pengenalpastian dan Pengembangan Bakat ISN dengan kerjasama Majlis Sukan Negara.

Untuk makluman, 2 orang perserta terbaik akan menjalani latihan di Melbourne, Australia dan 16 orang akan diserap ke Pusat Latihan.
